Fat Fashion in Recital with Tracy Cox May 9 2024 @ 10:30am
Fat Fashion in Recital is the culmination of a unique collaboration between students of the Fat Fashion elective class at Parsons School of Design and Tracy Cox, a soprano and fat activist. In this landmark event of classical and popular repertoire, Tracy will be performing in gowns created for her by Parsons students under the direction of School of Fashion faculty, Dr. Leila Kelleher. Mannes faculty member Cris Frisco will be at the piano. Fabric for the gowns were donated by Coach.
